Mrs. Pushpa Palat

Mrs Palat is the dean of the Institute.
Mrs. Palat has extensive experience in soft skills and in administration. She is a highly regarded writer and advises organizations on negotiation, interview techniques and etiquette. 

Mr. Raghu Palat

Mr. Raghu Palat is the Managing Director of Cortlandt Rand Consultancy Private Ltd.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has been a career banker and was the senior director for Asia of a large multinational bank. He later set up the Indian operations of a foreign bank in India and was its chief executive. He advises banks on strategy and new products and runs a site on regulations -“www.bankingrules.com”. A prodigious writer, he has written over 35 books and numerous articles in professional journals.

N. R. Achan

Mr. Achan is a Senior Banker. He was formerly the very successful Chairman of a private sector bank. He is an adviser to banks and is a director of several companies (including banks). He had earlier held very senior positions in public sector banks.

Mr. Kumar Nair

Mr. Kumar Nair is the Managing Director of Transwarranty Finance Ltd., a leading non banking finance company. He is a chartered accountant and highly respected in finance circles.

Divya Palat

Ms. Divya Palat is an actress and well known theatre personality. She is a Partner in Balancing Act Productions and the Proprietor of IMPS – a drama and personality development school. She has extensive experience in making presentations and in soft skills. She studied  in Mumbai, India and at Stanford University in the United States.

Bijoy Bhattacharyya

Mr. Bhattacharyya is the Professor Banking of Welingkar Institute of Research and Development, an institution that is among the top ten of its kind in India. A senior banker, he has extensive experience in all areas of banking.

Mr. Ravi Handigol

Mr. Handigol is a banker and trainer who is also an acknowledged expert in Information Technology. He is responsible for having developed several training programs for the IT Industry on banking.

Nikhila Palat

Ms. Nikhila Palat, who has studied at Harvard University is a marketing professional with considerable experience in multinational and national organizations ranging from banking, luxury products and media to consultancy and advertising.
